Green Smoothies are a great way to get lots of beneficial nutrients into you diet. They are quick and easy to make. Some people find that they need to get used to the taste, which is more savory and less sweet. Personally I now crave these green smoothies, so I make them often. Typically I have one as part of my breakfast. The below photos are of one version I recently made. You can get really creative and use whatever veggies and fruits you have on hand. Enjoy!
